What are the chances?!

While on holiday in Skye with my Mum the other week we happened upon the Red Roof Cafe which is right at the other end of the island from the ferry or the bridge. It’s basically a tiny but very lovely cafe in the middle of nowhere. While we were eating our delicious cheese scones, I noticed that not only do they have live music at the Red Roof Cafe but their next guests are Tyde, who I’m supporting at Grayshott Folk Club in November… what are the chances?!

   Hey Liz,
   I’m surprised you didn’t bump into our friend Linda. She’s helped out behind the bar at Grayshott Folk Club on numerous occasions since we started up but moved up to Skye at the beginning of this Summer.
   I think I’m right in saying that Ewan McLennan (featured last night on BBC 4’s “Transatlantic Sessions”, who will be playing at Grayshott on Saturday 9th November, is also doing the rounds in Skye!
